Raytheon’s Enhanced Automated Graphical Logistics Environment (EAGLE) is a comprehensive software suite designed for aerospace and defense, managing the entire lifecycle of a program, from design to maintenance. It is used to build logistics data, generate technical manuals, support fielded systems, and perform inventory management.
At this year’s EAGLE User Forum, Berry Braster (Technology Director at Etteplan) will give a product demonstration of HyperSTE‘s integration into Raytheon’s EAGLE Publishing System, and how it helps content comply with ASD-STE100 Simplified Technical English and other writing standards.
You can also find more information about the HyperSTE integration into EAGLE here.
In addition, Berry Braster will give a speech about Etteplan’s capabilities as a technology service provider for the Defense industry.

Data quality plays an important role in your customer’s information needs, as it positively affects how you give information on installation, training, use, support and troubleshooting: in a clear and understandable way, which also saves costs in the meantime. However, simply using a standardized terminology list or having a style guide in place is only part of the solution. Managing and enforcing on terminology and writing rules across the board, getting people trained, breaking down silos and putting processes and tools in place is what ultimately will help you get there.
